The Secret Yoga Garden classes are themed and inspired by nature and the seasons connecting to the phases of the moon. This draws in elements and how they connect to the mind, body, and spirit with an emphasis on breath and mindful movement. Our classes are aimed supporting women’s health and spiritual wellbeing.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. The style is creative and dynamic, synchronising breath with movements in a creative flow using visualisations, relaxation and pranayama techniques. Classes vary each week.

Mumma & Babes Yoga

A fun and relaxed class for mum’s to help strengthen and tone after pregnancy. The class is aimed at relieving the tension and strain after pregnancy and is great for bonding between mum and baby. I have practiced yoga throughout my five pregnancies and have found yoga and breath work vital to support this special time.

Yin & Yang

Yin and Yang inspried yoga begins with a gentle start, holding poses to three to five minutes followed by gentle Yang flow. We focus on Pranayama breath work and Savasana. This class is open to all levels including beginners and is aimed at busy women.

Mindful Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is a slow and gentle style of yoga, focusing on the connection between breath and body, allowing you to take time in the postures for alignment and centering.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching and using bolsters to enable you to deeply surrender and relax.

Aroma Yoga

Aroma Yoga combines essential oils that compliment our practice. As we move into our yoga poses, the oils are carefully chosen, clearing the energy pathways and helping to balance our emotions.

Secret Yoga Garden

Weekly regular classes are held in the Secret Yoga Garden Yurt, warmed in the winter by a log burner to a comfortable temperature. Classes are suitable for all levels of Yoga and are held in a friendly circle with a maximum of 11 people. Classes are booked in 6 week blocks at £50 per block.
